clearfix\">\n<p><strong>La terapia del conducto radicular, o tratamiento de endodoncia, se requiere cuando la pulpa dentro de su diente se inflama o infecta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"column mcb-column mcb-item-e320b4388 one column_column column-margin-10px\">\n<div class=\"column_attr clearfix\">\n<p>Hay varias razones por las que esto puede suceder: caries profundas, procedimientos dentales repetidos en un diente o una grieta o astilla en el diente que da\u00f1a la pulpa interna. El s\u00edntoma m\u00e1s com\u00fan de un diente que necesita un tratamiento de conducto es un dolor punzante que empeora progresivamente. <\/p>\n<p>En Costa Rica Dental Team, nuestros dentistas tienen una amplia experiencia en la realizaci\u00f3n de tratamientos de conducto, as\u00ed como en hacer que nuestros pacientes se sientan c\u00f3modos durante el procedimiento. Se sentir\u00e1 mucho mejor despu\u00e9s del tratamiento y, con el cuidado adecuado, su diente tratado funcionar\u00e1 normalmente durante muchos a\u00f1os. <\/p>\n<h2>Terapia de endodoncia<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Cuando la caries o el da\u00f1o no se tratan, pueden causar una infecci\u00f3n en la c\u00e1mara pulpar del diente.<\/li>\n<li>Despu\u00e9s de hacer una peque\u00f1a abertura en la parte superior del diente, se utilizan instrumentos muy peque\u00f1os para limpiar la pulpa infectada y remodelar los espacios del conducto radicular para aceptar un empaste.<\/li>\n<li>Los espacios del conducto radicular limpios se rellenan con gutapercha, un material biocompatible similar al caucho, para evitar la recontaminaci\u00f3n del diente.
